Enjoy that sense of moral superiority — don't stop. Maybe someone with decades of use behind him and a medical background could actually know a thing or two that you 6mo-1year pinners don't.

Nope, nobody in my circle fits that description. Why anyone would roll the dice like that is beyond me, yet the freedom to make poor choices about your own body is something I genuinely appreciate about the USA.
Food safety is where I'm the opposite of relaxed — I'm extremely careful — but one of my relatives takes a very hands-off approach. He's still alive and well; I just won't eat at his place anymore. Not that this has anything to do with peptides.
The only thing making this truly bad is that he's combining all of these mistakes at the same time.Slaine said:
I know a guy who works as a nurse and used to compete as a pro bodybuilder; he's about 55y.o. Given that background, you'd expect him to have a solid grasp of, sterility and that kind of thing. Yet he runs peps and gets everything wrong!
- reconstitutes them with plain saline
- forgets them outside the fridge for a few hours until he remembers to put them back
- reuses the same syringe
- begins a protocol, then loses interest or forgets and quits for 1-2 weeks before starting again from scratch
- applies alcohol lotion, or blue methylated/denatured/industrial alcohol
- now and then stores the vials (reconstituted or not) near the heater or in the path of the air-conditioning
Honestly, it feels like he's hit every single one. I tried to bring it up with him, but his answer was: this is all bullshit, nothing happens, relax.
A few of us, him included, did a small group buy together. I just hope he won't turn around and claim the stuff I ordered was bad.
Do you have friends like this?
Still, that whole approach is flawed. If it were me, I'd step in and give a buddy a hand — but that's just how I see it.Retaguy said:
Eh, I've got a few friends in that same boat. None of them have run into problems, so if it isn't broken…..
I'm aware of nurses who refuse vaccines — I'm not among themtekkit said:
Plenty of nurses have a pretty thin grasp of medicine. Take the anti-vax crowd — a fair number of them work in nursing. A few have gone so far as to reject science outright. None of it makes any sense whatsoever.
