Have you found any method or supplement that has improved your sleep?

I just got some Magnesium glycinate to add to my evening mushroom tea. It got delivered today. I am looking forward to trying it and seeing how it makes me feel.

Make sure and give it some time (a few weeks). My improvement wasn't immediate.

Ashwaghanda (will give you wierd dreams though, especially in the beginning, not so much later down the road). Make sure to use high quality standardized withanolides extract though, cause this is the active substance in it.

Ohh I forgot to mention that the epitalon did this to me too. I had some really intense (not bad, just intense) dreams while on it.

Many of us are on a sleep improvement journey and I thought we should have a dedicated sleep thread to share what we have tried and what works.

Throughout my life I’ve found most things that help me sleep tend to make me sleep hard but shorter. This includes most intense exercise and even CJC1295.

Getting into bed at a set evening time like 9pm has really helped.

Got epithalon on the way. Thinking about starting magnesium supplements.

But what have you tried and what has worked for you?

I do magnesium glycinate and L-theanine for supplements they help me sleep through the night. I usually wake continuously without these two together.

I take magnesium, ashwagandha and Glycine powder at bedtime. It has helped a lot. I can fall asleep easy, it's staying asleep that is difficult! Once I added in the Glycine powder, I am able to stay asleep much longer. It was the missing piece!

The biggest change for me was getting off devices 1 hour before bed. Let your brain take a slight break from the onslaught of dopamine we deal with all day.

I also take the magnesium + glycine combo
