Have bioregulators actually done anything for you?

Genuinely curious whether anyone here has felt a real, noticeable difference from bioregulators.

They are supposed to act through different pathways than ordinary peptides, so I'd like to hear from anyone who has run them: did you notice an effect, or not?

Prostamax and Cartalax are the two I'm considering for myself, though reports about any of the bioregulators would interest me.

If you've tried them, please share what happened, good or bad, for the benefit of those of us who haven't. What you noticed, and whether you think it mattered, would be fascinating to hear.

This thread has my attention. Trying a lot of bioregulators is on my list. Right now I have nothing to contribute.

Cardiogen and pinealon are already sitting in my stash, unused so far.

Cartalax and Prostamax are both ones I've run, (3 cycles so far).

My take is that they do work. I'll keep using them, and the next cycle starts next month.

Cardiogen and Vesugen are on my list as well..

What dose of the cartalax are you on? I keep finding contradictory information online. Some say 10mg orally, and others the same amount subq, which makes no sense at all - oral dosing always runs higher than subq. Plenty of writers clearly don't understand the difference and blend the two partway through their articles. Roughly a month back I ran a cycle: 2mg a day, 5 on and 2 off, over 10 days subq. That isn't really a full cycle, more like half based on what I've read. Is there a source behind your numbers that you could pass on? I like reading up on this, but it looks like few people are using this one yet - information is thin on the ground, reliable information anyway.

My 1st cycle was 2mg/day across 20 days (2 vials of 20mg); the 2nd and 3rd were 2mg/d over 10 days.

The injections went in around the knees, alternating left one day and right the next.

Among these short Russian peptides, Epitalon strikes me as the one most likely to actually do something:

Dr. Lee also puts Epitalon inside his top three peptides, next to BPC and TA1. There's anecdotal evidence for sleep with Epitalon as well. What's missing is Western human studies for Epitalon, etc.

And, per (Gemini), the main doubt hanging over Russian bioregulators is whether short peptides really can reach the nucleus reliably and selectively control chromatin unwinding and gene expression.

Meaning epithalamin is the one with some supporting proof behind it, while epitalon only has weak evidence.

That's not how I'd frame it:

I've read the Khavinson studies also. He did use Epitalon in several studies. Specifically, in a human clinical trial on patients with retinitis pigmentosa. He wanted to compare the efficacy of 10 mg of Epitalon vs. 10 mg of Epithalamin. The higher dose of Epitalon proved to be more efficacious.

He also did a head to head test comparing the two and these comparative trials established that 10 mg of the synthetic version provided a "therapeutic ceiling" for telomerase activation and chromatin decondensation.

So while he did compare them, this doesn't mean that synthetic Epitalon and Epithalamin are the same strength and he never indicated they were. Epitalon is still much stronger than Epithalamin, which is a soup of peptides, enzymes and amino acids, and 10x is not far off the mark. So both things can be true at the same time: Khavinson used Epitalon in a some of his research studies and Epitalon is still stronger than Epithalamin.

Because epithalamin contains a mixture of polypeptides it is difficult to determine which effects are due solely to epithalon.

Epithalamin and epithalon reportedly increase lifespan in flies, mice and rats (Anisimov et al, 1992; Anisimov et al, 1997; Anisimov et al, 1998; Khavinson et al, 2000b; Anisimov et al, 2003; Vinogradova et al, 2007; Vinogradova et al, 2008). However, none of these results has been replicated by a lab independent of Dr. Khavinson’s group.

Epithalamin stimulates melatonin production in elderly adults with pineal gland dysfunction (Korkushko et al, 2004) as well as old rats (Anisimov et al, 1992). There is conflicting preclinical evidence as to whether the synthetic epithalon has similar actions. Epithalon failed to stimulate melatonin production in rats (Djeridane et al, 2003) but was reported to increase melatonin levels in older primates (Khavinson et al, 2001: abstract only, paper not available). The reasons for this discrepancy are not clear, but may be due to contaminants in the synthetic tetra-peptide preparation or differences in the test animals.

Since epithalamin is a crude polypeptide extract from a bovine gland, its overall safety is still questionable and is likely to be highly dependent on the manufacturing process. Similarly, since epithalon is either isolated or made synthetically, any impurities could pose a safety risk.

I once had a spreadsheet listing their prices alongside 6 other vendors, and now I can't locate that information. Could u tell me? I've gone through the forum's vendor list and asked on telegram, and I still can't work out which Uther is the genuine one. No Idea how I came across it the first time.

According to the wiki the recommendation is 100 to 200 mcg a day over 20 to 30 days, so is there a reason you're on 2mg a day? That looks like a big step up from what's recommended. It says it's "very potent at low doses".
