New here,
Reta has been in play for 6 weeks now, with good results.
Reading and watching whatever I can find on the latest peptide science is something I enjoy; what bothers me at the same time is how much of it amounts to people recycling the same old material they´ve read or watched elsewhere and presenting it as facts.
Type a specific peptide into Youtube and what comes back is usually a crowd of bro-dudes on steroids in snapbacks, all parroting the same ¨information¨ they jotted down from some other tattooed bro-dude's Youtube video.
Whatever little spare time I get, I try to put into hunting the science down through pubmed and the likes...
A nice article to read would be https://www.statnews.com/2026/06/01/bpc-157-researcher-predrag-sikiric-addesses-skeptics-questions/
which shows (imho) that what the peptide community now treats as fact about BPC 157 might not rest on the 100% solid scientific background we assume it does.
Ah fuck, derailing my own introduction wasn't the plan...
Anyway, hello
