Haven't seen this through searching, but anyone did any study on R daily and half life. Basically seems like if youre on 2mg weekly the body total mg would be roughly 4mg when you repin and slowly diminishes over the week. Trials published were for heavy 4, 8, and 12mg doses, which means average lingering is roughly 30% higher than used. Not sure how effective the glucagon is if maintaining 2mg after watching a video someone posted about optimal dose being 4mg, which is where glucagon supposedly becomes prominent.

Half life is 6 days of course and you can use any of the online peptide tracking websites to model the amounts in your system for any given dose at any given frequency. But no clinical trials did anything other than weekly that I am aware of.

I have seen conflicting things on glucagon "activation" not occuring until some specific dose and honestly I'd be surprised if it is anything but proportional to the dose like most everything else. Its obviously working at 4mg+ because the superiority of weight loss over (relatively) equivalent tirz and sema doses in their trials but there is no data on 2mg reta vs. 2.5mg tirz for example that I have seen.

Anecdotal study population of 1 person: I have had an unexplained variance in calorie tracking vs. weight loss of burning an extra 100-200 calories per day, and that was already present at sub-4mg doses. I was already tracking calories losing 40 pounds before starting reta and the jump from losing 1.4-1.5 pounds per week without reta to losing 1.7-1.9 pounds per week while on reta jumps out, same calories and same activity level. In theory it could be even more because I am down 65+ pounds now from when I started so your think my TDEE dropping would have overcome that. I am not so sure that not only do you get the metabolic boost from reta if something more is going on preserving your metabolism a little bit through weight loss, but anywho.

Yes, I recommend glp1plotter.com

As mentioned, half life is 5-6 days. Some notice getting really hungry on day 6-7 getting the weekly shot. Some inject every 6 days to avoid that. I have always done 7 days and I used to get hungry on day 6-7. That feeling is long gone, but I'm on 10mg.

Thanks for the feedback. I've been upping 1 unit each time (15mg/ml solution) and now at week 4 around 2.25mg. Been losing around 3lb per week so far but also doing weights and running. I did see the hunger build up closer to day 6, but without the food noise. Maybe I'm just sensitive to the glp1 effect since pin day I can barely eat anything.
