Hey everyone,
I live in Vietnam as an expat. To be upfront: things aren't going well for me right now, but I've decided to give life 1 final chance. I'm allowing myself to hope that I can at last beat a binge eating disorder that's been with me since I was a child, that has stood firm against therapies and diets, and that has destroyed my will to keep going. When it comes to knowing where to begin or what resources exist, I'm starting from zero. I hope to meet people who get where I'm coming from, and clearly to learn from everything available here.
