Hey there, everyone.

From what I can tell, I might be one of the few Aussies here.

I'm a guy in middle age working to rebuild my health after a back injury, the covid lockdowns, and several hernia surgeries.

So now it's just a matter of being patient until my posting status comes through, I suppose.
 
I'm here waiting patiently until I can really dig in and start asking questions. Every time I read more on this site, another question comes to mind.
 
My suggestion: don't make things too complicated right at the beginning. I have some background education in a related area, so this stuff feels fairly straightforward to me. The usual sound guidance — true for lots of situations — is to begin with a low dose. genuinely follow the safety measures. keep it simple at first, and monitor yourself as you go.

It'll be fine, mate. Everything here looks nicely organized.

I saw a post about customs seizure that I wasn't able to reply to. A handful of my packages have been seized with no notice — they simply never showed up.
