I spent roughly 18 months on mounjaro and my weight went from 120kg down to 80kg. Since stopping it about 6 months ago, I've gradually gone back up to 85kg.
I'm considering starting it again, mainly because I really don't want the food noise to return. I came across this site while looking into other options, so here I am.
