Hey all,
I'm a 22-year-old female based in the UK, hoping to get Tirz / Reta for binge eating disorder, PCOS and food noise.
I work out 3 times per week and attempt to track calories with a high protein, low carb diet, but my ADHD food noise and PCOS make it feel impossible. I'd like to experience thinking about food the way a normal person does, and that's what brought me here.
