Hey everyone!
After spending some time reading posts here quietly, I figured it was finally the right moment to introduce myself and keep growing on this path. I've been using Reta for research purposes for 8 weeks at this point. I'm a larger individual carrying a good amount of muscle, and I started out at a solid 273lbs. The weight just felt like too much—my knees and back were aching—and shedding pounds wasn't happening the way it once did for me. My BP had also begun to rise, averaging 135/85 or even higher. 8 weeks later, I'm at 243 and feeling fantastic. My BP now averages 115/75, which is great. Happy to be part of this space and eager to learn more alongside all of you…. Go Hawks!!!
