Hey everyone! Just joined from the SoCal region!

Thrilled to have found this community, and I'm genuinely focused on dropping weight since keeping it off has always been a struggle for me. My goal is to get shredded in time for summer!

Grateful for such a great community! 😀

Nice — well, this IS a great community. You might have to wait a while before you're able to post, but once that opens up, give the rules a read. There's definitely a ton of useful info around here, plus guidance on where to pick these things up.

Happy to have discovered this community and really interested in losing weight as I've always had trouble keeping it off. Looking to get shredded for the summer!

Thankful for this awesome community! 😀

Greetings, another California resident. Apparently quite a few of us are present. I'm also a newcomer and can't wait to explore everything. Cheers
