Hey everyone,

I'm a 45-year-old guy, and about 3 months back I began my GLP path via the compound pharmacy. At the moment I'm working out how to make my way to Reta. Outside of work — which eats up roughly 10-12 hrs daily — and looking after little ones, I don't really have an active lifestyle. That has to change.

Food and I don't have a good relationship. Stress and boredom both push me to eat, and neither one makes it any easier to keep my weight where it should be. As a kid I was chubby, but around age 20 I went on an extreme diet plus exercise routine and dropped 150 lbs from a starting point of over 300 lbs. These days I'm bouncing around between 180 and 220 lbs.

For 2026, my aim is to get down to 170 lbs in a moderate way by the time summer arrives, then hold that by building muscle and cutting fat. My testosterone sits at borderline low, though I'd rather hold off on TRT for now.

I've joined to look into Reta practices, the right vendors and good-quality suppliers, and to sort out a sensible cost<>quality balance.
