Hi everyone,

My name is Alex, and I'm writing from Poland. I'm really happy to have come across this community 😊

I've been working on losing weight since November, and right now I'm using Reta. I'm also getting ready to begin using additional peptides.

What's it like getting supplies in Europe/Poland? I've come across mentions that certain ones can be bought OTC there, including as inhalants such as selank
 
That's something I'd like to know too. In particular, how shipping works from China to Europe. Here in Europe it's both tougher to source and way pricier! That's the reason I joined 😀

In Poland there are a handful of legal vendors, yet their pricing is far above what you'd pay in the US.

Correct — atomiser-based peptides are offered here, namely SELANK, SEMAX, HGH Fragment 176-191, BPC-157, Cortagen, Adamax, P-21, Melanotan, Ephitalon, N-Acetyl BPC-157.

I won't share any thoughts on those, since inhalation isn't the method I use.

Honestly, I was mainly wondering what you all have access to. Still, from what you're describing, it sounds simpler than over here, even with the cost. Where I am, none of that is available OTC in any form, and if it's left up to individual states, the Midwest will probably be the very last to allow it.

Hey, welcome aboard!

Poland is where I'm headed this Summer — it'll be the first European country I've ever set foot in, and I can't wait 💪🏼 As for where I am in my own journey, it's the same stage you're at
