Hello from Southern Ontario! I'm eager to gain more knowledge on this subject. I've been using Reta for roughly 3.5 weeks and have lost 9 lbs by focusing on high protein intake and doing some resistance training. (I'm giving it my best effort!)

Welcome

It seems you've got a solid path toward achieving your goals.

Continue focusing on building muscle 2-3 times weekly, and the outcomes will follow.

There's no necessity to view it as bodybuilding. In my view, certain individuals get put off by gyms since that's the perspective they hold. Simply pick a handful of upper and lower body movements you enjoy, then incorporate some progressive overload methods. That's all you need to succeed.

Appreciate it! My approach so far has been squeezing in push ups whenever the opportunity comes up. I don't track numbers, I just get a few sets in 3-5 times daily on the majority of days. Protein stays high, calories stay in a deficit. The real test will be once things warm up.. hard to resist those patio drinks when the sun's out

Bodyweight movements are unbeatable — sit ups, push ups, pull ups. No gym costs, no wasted time. For me, fitting in a gym visit just isn't possible, but these plus biking to work on most days is making a difference
