Reta has been part of my routine since May 5, 2026, and as of 7/31/26 I'm down 25 lbs. Two surgeries and the recovery periods around them have kept me mostly limited to walking, so my activity hasn't been extensive. What has genuinely surprised me is how many areas of my life Reta has improved, not simply the number on the scale.
Peptides fascinate me — their capacity to support healing and better health feels close to miraculous. With extra time available at the moment, I've been putting a lot of it into learning everything I can about peptides.
