Hi everyone,

I have zero experience with GLP-1 so far, and I'm hoping this place can offer me some guidance 🙂
 
Glad to have you join us! What sort of assistance are you hoping to find? My own peptide journey began a few months back, and reta has clearly become my top pick among GLP options. It allows me to shed weight with minimal effort while curbing my appetite and greatly quieting hunger noise. Compared with tirzepatide, I noticed it brings less constipation and stomach discomfort. Right now I'm at 6mg, down 20 pounds, and feeling excellent!

Greetings, I'm also a newcomer and likewise located in Germany. It's great to find others from the same country on this Forum, and I hope we can all gain knowledge and give back to the Forum to the best of our ability!
 
Hello! Another newcomer here, writing from Germany 🙂

Glp1 is not brand-new territory for me, yet the more threads I read since signing up, the clearer it gets how much is still left to pick up.
