I figured I'd drop in, give a quick hello, and share a bit about myself with everyone here.

Lately I've been exploring GLP-1 research, metabolic health, and body composition quite seriously, all with the goal of improving my fitness path. I can't wait to go through the logs, experiences, and wisdom people have posted here.
