Welcome aboard! Have a good time here and don't hesitate to post about your RT journey. As for me, I've been taking 1mg for roughly 4 months now. My approach is low and slow. Down 20 pounds so far.

What has your time on RT been like for you? I have some on hand, but I am holding off on beginning until I return from traveling abroad.

Llevo 1 mes usando 2mg y no he logrado gran cosa. En mi caso, siento que reduce el apetito menos que otros GLP, y probablemente también tenga que ver que la dosis es baja... Voy a retomar Wegovy y hacer un pedido nuevo. De mi primer pedido ya pasaron 3 semanas y no llega (sospecho que se quedó en aduanas)

English:

I've used 2mg for a month and didn't achieve much. In my case, it curbs hunger less than other GLPs, and the low dose probably plays a role too... I'm going back to Wegovy and placing a new order. It's been over 3 weeks since my first order and it still hasn't arrived (I suspect it's held up in customs).

I've only been on it for 4 weeks, currently at 2mg. It didn't help much with hunger when I wasn't eating, but once I did eat, I felt full sooner. At the moment I'm waiting for my order to come in. Until then, I have no choice but to switch back to Wegovy since my Rt only lasted 4 weeks.

Don't lose hope — my order took close to 4 weeks going from CN to the UK, so while the route isn't identical, customs hold-ups are probably comparable.

For food noise, Tirz tends to work well for most people, and many pair it with reta. Take a look around this forum for members running this and similar regimens. Best of luck.
