Hormones and peptides have held my attention for several years at this point. Right now reta is part of my routine and I'm feeling good on it. The amount of weight I've dropped isn't what I'd been aiming for, so I'll be tightening up my eating even more while keeping up with training. A big thank you also goes out to whoever set up this forum — having a spot where all of us can gather, talk things over, and pose questions means a lot. Running something like this is probably a thankless job, and you ought to know it doesn't go unappreciated!

Glad to have you here!! If I may ask, what's the length of time you've been using Retatrutide? Your body needs time before major changes show up, so staying patient matters.

Roughly 10 months now. My midsection has shrunk by a few inches and I've put on muscle, yet the number on the scale hasn't budged beyond about 5 pounds either way. Over those 10 months I titrated my dose up to 12mg/w. I expected to have shed more fat by this point. For context, I'm a 45y/o male, 270lbs, and on TRT+. Appetite suppression from reta has been pretty weak for me, so I've been thinking about adding Cag.

Glad to have you here. Should reta be failing to produce meaningful weight loss for you, and your appetite hasn't dropped either, adding cag might do the trick. That said, another option worth thinking about is a change from reta over to tirz. A few individuals I know had a comparable situation — reta wasn't really delivering much for them — and after making the switch to tirz, their results improved.

Do you also include resistance training and cardio in your routine? Those factors certainly influence how well reta works.
