I spent 3 months on Lilly's compounded Zepbound, and last week I made the switch to lyophilized tirzepatide. For a few weeks I've been reading along here without posting. This forum has been a big help and has kept a lot of $$ in my wallet. I'm 59, retired, a husband and a dad, and over the past 30 years I've attempted every diet out there... So far I've dropped 35 pounds, with 30 more to lose.

On Zepbound every 7 days, the food noise would return after 4-5 days, so I recently moved to a 5 day schedule and it's working brilliantly.

Glad to have you! Regulators from the Rain City!!!! A handful of us from Washington are on here.
 
Is there a way for me to send a direct message to someone else here? I've looked around and haven't spotted any option for it. Could it be that new members don't have access yet? I've done searches in every manner I could think of, but nothing explains it.
