Hi all, I'm based in Belgium and signed up here to pick up some knowledge ahead of beginning reta.

Doing pretty well. I'm still on a low dose, but it provides just that little bit of extra appetite suppression.

I'm moving up to 2.5mg shortly... those last 15kg have to come off!
 
Welcome aboard, and I wish you the best of luck! Just when you feel like you've finally got a solid grasp on reta, you stumble onto 100 more things you had no idea about, and suddenly you start second-guessing yourself. Take your time, do plenty of reading, and make the most of all the resources this place has to offer.
