Hi everyone! My interest in peptides started roughly 4 months ago, and tracking down trustworthy info has been quite a process. I deal with overeating and constant food noise, and I want to try reta and tirz. Sadly, my first 2 attempts ended in scams, but after digging much deeper I feel far less gullible now. I located a source I trust and placed an order, which has spent a week stuck in Australian customs — so my nerves are building. If it ends up seized, I honestly don't know what my next move would be.

Hey there, another Aussie here!

I'm also hoping Reta helps quiet down food noise for me too.

When that occurs, they generally resend or replace it for you. Reach out to them and request an update.

Yesterday the tirz finally landed! My orders came in 2 separate shipments, each with a different carrier, so at this point I'm only waiting on the reta. Fingers crossed it clears — if not, I'll for sure reach out to the supplier.

Welcome to the forum 🙂 for information, this is the right spot, though at first it can certainly feel like overload and something of a minefield.

Overeating / binge eating and severe food noise (even when I’m not hungry) are things I deal with too. Unfortunately, when it comes to quieting the food noise, I find Tirz much better than I have with Reta, but I’ll soon begin stacking the 2 to see whether my results improve 🙂

Bunny1805,

(Pushing my way into this thread) Hi. I can manage to eat the right foods, but once night comes, the food noise is screaming at me. I end up bingeing right before bed. Or I'll get up to use the bathroom, and the food noise makes me crave food so badly that the only way I can fall back asleep is to give in and eat. Sure, I could exercise self-control, but having to fight my brain all the time is exhausting.

If you add a Tirz, or drop Reta, I'd love to see an update from you here.

Best wishes for you.

Thanks so much. I can really relate to what you're describing — for me, evenings and nighttime are by far the hardest stretch, I get incredibly hungry 🙁

I'll let you know how things go with the Tirz Reta stack 🙂

Wishing you the very best on your path x

Thanks for getting back to me! Sounds like we're dealing with a lot of the same things. My first week of Tirz just wrapped up, and it's definitely made a difference with my food noise. How much weight have you managed to drop on Tirz, and how long did that take?

I'd also be keen to hear how the Reta stack works out for you, since I might want to try that too.

Tirz has been fantastic for me! I began Mounjaro in November 2024 and dropped 9 stone (nearly 130lbs) in under a year. Lately though, the top dose of Mounjaro lost its punch — cravings and binge eating returned. I gave Reta a go, but its appetite suppression doesn't match Tirz. After 2 months, Reta on its own wasn't cutting it, so now I'm combining Tirz and Reta (Tirz on Sunday, Reta on Wednesday), and it appears to be going well.

Tirz really does work — it did for me for more than a year — so if it's still working for you, I'd stay with it. I'm just glad I came across this forum and can buy Tirz for far less than I used to pay for official Mounjaro at the pharmacy.

Wishing you all the best on your journey 🙂
