Hey everyone,

Writing this from South Australia. I'm a father of 3 little ones, so life stays busy.

At 38, sports used to be a huge part of my life. These days, between the kids and a job that asks a lot of me, there simply aren't enough hours. I do stay connected to sport through coaching when possible, yet I'm not moving enough to shed the extra weight. Right now I'm in the research phase, with a particular focus on Retatrutide. I run on a fairly consistent basis and recently started adding resistance traning as well. My weight isn't a major problem, though I'm probably 10 - 15kg above where I'd prefer to be.

Reddit is how I ended up here, so I'm eager to browse around, pick up knowledge, and figure out whether I'll have enough to actually try it!

Nice work keeping active even with such a packed schedule! This forum should give you plenty of encouragement and a wealth of useful information as you look into which peptides might suit you. Glad to have you here!

I’m starting to question whether Reta is the right peptide in my case. The idea of being on it permanently doesn’t sit well with me. A few sources I’ve come across mention that significant weight regain can happen once you stop. Is there any option out there that could assist with dropping 15kg without becoming a lifelong commitment? My weight has stayed fairly consistent for 5 or 6 years, so I’m not steadily putting on pounds, yet I also can’t get the scale to move downward
