Hey everyone, M34 checking in from Arkansas. I've given both sema and reta a shot, and honestly reta is winning me over big time versus sema. Sleep has taken a small hit since starting reta, but that's the sole downside I've noticed so far—apart from the weight loss, which I'm happy about. I'm here to pick up more knowledge and trim some costs on reta sourcing. Appreciate it.

I've come across the sleep complaints too. For you specifically, is the problem more about struggling to drift off, or is it that you can't string together a steady 6-8 hours? I haven't used Reta or any GLP-1 so far myself, just wondering!

It's a mix of the two. My melatonin dosage had to go up, and these days I'm awake by 530 every morning. That leaves me with roughly 6 to 6.5 hrs of sleep. Even so, my recovery at the gym has been holding up fairly well.
