Hey everyone-

Checking in from the Midwest!

I've got roughly 5 years of jiu jitsu under my belt at this point, and I lift on a semi regular basis (probably closer to 1-2 sessions weekly on average, which is less than I'd like to admit). For the past two years my BF% has stayed on the higher side and I just can't seem to nail down my diet, so I'm giving the cheat codes known as GLP1s a shot! A lot of my family members are on them without doing any working out, and they've been looking great, but even more importantly they've resolved a lot of their health issues, plus they've turned the weight loss into motivation to begin exercising.

I'm glad to be part of this community, and I'd been browsing for months without ever pulling the trigger on joining.
