HELLO EVERYONE AND THANK YOU
I'm a 39 year old male, 5'11, currently at 198. My starting weight was 226. On Sep 13 2025 I began compound tirzepatide+B12, which came from a wellness clinic in AZ whose name I'll keep to myself, after my provider said I didn't qualify for name brand for obesity and sleep apnea. I began on their 2.5MG and worked up to 7.5 before side effects (major fatigue and anhedonia) forced me to step back down. Over the few months I stayed at 5MG I dropped roughly 22LBS and the losses were pretty slow. That same wellness clinic also sold RETA, and my dumb self assumed it was coming from a compound pharmacy like their tirz. I figured out that wasn't the case once they only had RETA in pre-filled syringes, and that was before I came across this forum. Now here's where you can start laughing at what I was paying... $475 for four syringes @6MG dose each. What I ended up doing was get sterile vials, transfer their pre-filled RETA into the vial, and for the last five weeks I've been taking 2.5MG a week while at the same time titrating down from the tirz. Tirz 2.5 Friday night / RETA 2.5 Tuesday night. Since adding RETA the weight loss has picked up substantially, even at that very low dose. What I'm paying isn't sustainable, so here I am. Also, when Eli Lilly dropped the price of the Zepbound vial I asked my provider to write a script so I could pay out of pocket and they refused.
I want to say thank you to everyone here who shares the information you have, which is actually saving people's lives and that is an awesome thing. I first got pointed in this direction from a RDDIT post, and while I don't have an account there I've been reading the hell out of tirz, RETA and other peptides as well as the great info on here. There's now a youngster at my work who is going to teach me about DISCRD and crypto since I'm social media illiterate. Don't even have a FB anymore.
I'm a former soccer player (college level) and former baseball player who now works 60HRS a week and has a little one at home, so finding time to exercise and work out has been difficult, which is why the peptides have been great. Once my final vial of tirz runs out I plan on going with RETA solo. Goal weight is 165. Thanks again
