Following the guide, so here's my hello. Moving to the New England, USA area is something I did not long ago, and GLP1s are something I have decent experience with.

Tirz was my first attempt, a few months of it about a year back, and it treated me badly. Stomach trouble, aching, and appetite suppression that never arrived (even at the top dose).

Learning that a community like this existed had me intrigued straight away. Self-sufficiency is what I'm hoping to learn a great deal about.

As of now I'm 5’11”, 435lbs, lifting heavy 3-5 days a week with short cardio bursts afterwards. Overweight my whole life, and so many diets have been tried over the years. My body is strong and has coped with the weight, but it's turning into a real problem.

What I've tried:

  • Bariatric diet planning (surgery wasn't involved, just meals drunk as a weightloss tactic)
  • keto, roughly 5 separate times
  • carnivore
Thinking about food endlessly, and always always over eating, is simply exhausting. Exercise habits are solid, but the food addiction has me beaten, and peptides are really the help I want.

The aim is to get expert-level at this, then teach people who are 100% newbies how to help themselves.
