I have now been using glow for a week. Up to this point, the sole effect I have noticed from glow is a vivid red mark where I inject. Roughly 7 or 8 hours pass before a burning sensation begins, after which it feels like a continuous bee sting. As I understand it, the copper contained in the formula is responsible. I have come across some threads saying this occurs for a few weeks and then stops. What have your own experiences with glow been like? How long was it before you began to see any results? I am trying to work out whether continuing this product is worthwhile. Each day I pin 10 units.

So far, each KLOW dose has left me with lumps or welts.

There is no burning sensation, and it does not sting either.

Man, I really wish your post had gotten more responses. For the last 6 weeks I've been on GLOW 3.5mg (15units), following a schedule of 5 days on and 2 days off. My reason for starting was the potential skin rejuvenation perks. Thus far, skin-wise I can't say I've seen much change, BUT a long-standing knee problem of mine appears to have resolved, and there may be some easing of other neuropathy too, so I'm motivated to keep going, BUT... out of all my injections, this is the one I truly dread. There's a bit of a sting as it goes in, which is tolerable I suppose, but then afterward an irritating, lingering dull ache settles in and around the injection spot, at times spreading over a few inches, and the tenderness can last for days. Yesterday I tried rolling some lidocaine over the area, which gave some relief, but I'd love to hear how others manage to cut down on the discomfort.

Based on what I've come across, increasing the amount of BAC water leads to greater dilution, which in turn reduces the stinging sensation.

The reason you're not seeing many responses is that this subject comes up here constantly — it's one of the most repeated discussions on the forum, and everyone's tired of rehashing it. That said, when it does get talked about, it's normally KLOW that people mean, since these days most folks go with that rather than GLOW. Search using that term and you'll turn up 101 different methods for cutting down the ISRs. Practically none of them truly help, aside from roughly three people each, and every one of those people insists their approach is the guaranteed miracle fix.

I'm currently in my fourth cycle, and the bruises, welts and all the rest of it simply quit happening on their own at some point — as if my skin let out a sigh and gave up complaining.

My very first injections left me with a welt that itched. Switching to a 1/2 inch pin for the glutes made that reaction disappear entirely, and I haven't dealt with it again. Whenever a reaction has come up, going with a longer needle has fixed it for me. Adding more liquid helps as well; I mix with 3 ml BAC every time. It's tough to pin down exactly what's helping since I've got a lot of things going on, but my skin and hair seem improved. One thing I did pick up on: after pausing GLOW for 2 weeks, my knee felt sorer, which makes me wonder if BPC and TB are doing the heavy lifting. Regardless, it's purple and pretty and I'm a fan, and I hope it works out for you too!

No more bruising at last. The injection spot is still turning red, mind you. Several hours after pinning — roughly 6 to 7 — it starts to burn for a stretch. As for clear positive changes, I can't say I've spotted any so far. I'll stick with it and cross my fingers.

The GHK-Cu advantages generally appear once your skin cells have gone through turnover — that takes 1-2 months, and for older people it's typically a 40 day cycle that runs even longer. Stick with it. If cost is a concern, though, you might want to try GHK-Cu by itself since it's less expensive, and then use TB and BPC on their own when you actually need them.
