Has anyone here used either of these? If you have, did you get measurable outcomes, or was it just underwhelming?

If you'd like, I can pull up my precise lab results. From what I recall, cjc/ipa took my igf1 from 110 to 150, whereas ghrp2 landed near 190 — though I'd have to look at my spreadsheet to confirm.Mr. Blonde said:

Appreciate the offer, but I don't need to see your bloodwork. When did you pin—morning or evening? Where did you inject, subq in the belly or some other spot? And how many mcg were you running?wildweasel said:
When I combined Reta and cjc, I favored ghrp2 rather than ipa.
Compared to ipa, it raised my igf1 levels a lot more (roughly 35% higher, if my bloodwork memory is right), and the appetite boost worked in my favor. Back then my goal was only to drop 5-10 lbs, so the process had to be gradual rather than rapid to keep muscle. It allowed me to run a small calorie deficit rather than a steep one.
As for the hunger itself, I wouldn't call it overwhelming. At least in my case, it simply left me somewhat hungrier for a few hours following the dose.
My routine was 3 injections per day: first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, right after my morning workout (still no food), and then in the early afternoon, 2 hours following lunch.Mr. Blonde said:

When injecting IM, do you choose delts or biceps, or do you stick to the upper ventral glute as with trt?wildweasel said:

I skipped evening shots because the body already puts out solid gh while you sleep, so there's no point in messing with that.
I ran a 2:3 ratio, beginning at 100:150 and gradually increasing to 300:450, but the flushing got too intense, so I ended up sticking with 200:300 per dose.
I didn't do anything fancy for injecting—just subq. I never tried it in a muscle, though looking back, the faster uptake from Im would likely be better for achieving a taller gh spike.
For peptides, my usual approach is intramuscular injection into the quad. It works well for me: there’s hardly any nerve interference, it doesn’t hurt, and because the area is so big, I can easily switch spots.Mr. Blonde said:
