I've been on GHK-CU for 1 week now, and I keep hearing people describe really intense stinging from it — but for me there's no pain whatsoever. Currently I'm dosing 2 mg per day.

Does the lack of stinging mean it's working well?

It varies from person to person. I've been using Glow for 8 weeks now (today actually marked the final injection of this cycle). Most of the time there was no stinging, though a few injections felt pretty sharp...either way, it's not something to be concerned about—I'd even take it as a positive for you...

Across more than 2 years of using it, I have never experienced any stinging.

It appears to vary a lot from person to person—I haven't felt any stinging myself. During my initial week, there was slight redness near where I injected, and perhaps mild itching, but at this point it's nearly gone. I inject my ghk-cu into the thighs.

I switch between spots on my stomach

I keep my stomach area reserved for tirzepatide. From what I've seen, the belly tends to cause the strongest reactions while the glutes cause the fewest, but injecting there myself was too much of a hassle, so I chose my thighs instead. I switch between the two of them and it's been going well. That said, everyone responds differently, so figure out what suits you and keep doing that 🙂

I've considered using my thighs or glutes as injection sites, but I'm not at ease doing that just yet… Is it a problem if my belly is the only spot I use? This is on my mind particularly once I add BPC-157 and TB500, since that would mean 3 shots into my belly each day.

If it were me, I wouldn't do 3 injections per day limited to the abdomen. That said, provided someone charts out the belly area and rotates through many sites, it ought to be okay. Personally, I'm not a fan of monitoring things at that granular a level—my approach is closer to 4 zones on the stomach plus 4 zones on each thigh—but you ought to look into it on your own. Based on what I gather, the danger is that lumps form when shots are given repeatedly in nearby spots, and I'd also guess that skin irritation might be another possible side effect.

I've run 2mg daily as well, and never felt any burning. That came from 3 separate suppliers. Not a single one caused stinging. Seems like we're in the lucky group.

Hi pepper56 🙂

The way you mix the peptide makes a big difference, I think.

For me, GHK-Cu is dosed so that 1mg of GHK-Cu equals every 6 units on the pen.

I've done 12 doses so far, and around the middle of that stretch I increased to 2mg, no problems. Sometimes a few hours after a shot in the leg there'd be mild discomfort, but with abdomen injections I get nothing whatsoever.

Hi, I mixed the peptide myself: 50mg GHK-Cu with 2ml Bac, which makes 8 units equal 2 mg. That amount is doing the job for me, and I have no intention of raising or lowering my daily dose. ✌️

I went with the same approach. Putting in a large volume of fluid isn't something I care for.

As far as I'm concerned, that was the optimal outcome I could have achieved.
