Does it live up to the buzz? Has anyone here actually seen noticeable changes from using it? And if yes, what dose were you on?

Acne has never been an issue for me, but my eczema is quite severe. Currently I'm also using KPV.

Hoping to hear some thoughts before I commit 🙂
I picked some up not long ago and it hasn't shown up yet, though once I hit my weightloss target I plan to give it a go!

From what I dug up, most biohackers land somewhere around 0.5-3mg. Start at 0.5 mg to gauge how you tolerate it and what side effects show up, then work your way upward over the following weeks.

I also came across a few odd accounts about how much it hurts and how big the vials are; if the copper isn't diluted sufficiently with bac, or if KPV/BPC isn't used first, our bodies can react badly and the stinging may be more than you can stand, plus people advising against 100mg because the small vials allow for less dilution, and so on... 😭
Oh no, I literally just placed an order for the 100mg 🤣
Same approach here. My method: add 3ml BAC to the peptide, pull 1.5ml from that, transfer it into a pen cartridge, then introduce another 3ml BAC, splitting 1.5ml into the cartridge and 1.5ml back into the vial. End result is 100mg sitting in 6ml of water. I went with this heavier dilution because GHK-Cu tends to sting, and I wanted to cut that down.

As for needles, I went with 8mm and now think that was a poor call. They keep bending on me. One bent just this morning, actually. After I get through the 200 I've got on hand, I'll give 6mm a shot.
Oh, I appreciate you sharing this!!

For sure, it’s worth it. I wrapped up a 6 week run of KLOW, dosing 2mg of ghkcu per day, and now I’ve moved to 1mg of ghkcu each day.

The redness on my face has faded a lot and my skin tone looks way more even. The area under my eyes is also far less puffy. As for my nails, they’re growing really long and strong, with none of the splitting or cracking I normally get. From what I’ve read, you can remain on it, so right now I don’t intend to take a break.

I've been dosing 2mg/day for close to 2 months now. Up to this point, I haven't seen any positive effects. Perhaps it's simply that I'm too old, and 5mg would be necessary.

Thanks for sharing your post. That said, my view is that you'd be better off beginning GHK-CU right away while you're still dropping weight, instead of putting it off until you hit your target. Having GHK-CU active during the weight-loss process means your skin can build and generate improved collagen along the way, which beats waiting until you reach goal weight and then regretting not having taken GHK-CU the whole time. Once all the weight is gone, it may be somewhat too late for GHK-CU to deliver its strongest effects on skin laxity.

Wishing you the very best with your weight loss journey 🙂

What's your on/off cycling schedule like?
My work schedule means I'm gone for several months straight, then back home for several months straight. While I'm home I use GHK-Cu; when I leave for work, it stays behind. That works out to a 50/50 pattern: 3 mo's on, then 3 mo's off.

As I've said in other threads, the strength of the GHK-Cu effect has caught me off guard — in both how the skin feels and how it looks. But I should note that I also use a .2mm micro needle roller, plus GHK-Cu topical and a skin scrub, 2-3x a week. So I can't say for certain which one is producing what I'm seeing.

What I can tie to the injectable is the 8mm pen needles bending. The topical doesn't go anywhere near where I pin. Just the other day I fitted a fresh needle to the pen, pinched an inch, and stabbed. It simply folded over. BD Easy Touch — a reputable brand. First use. It hadn't been pushed through a rubber stopper or anything like that. This is a new development; it never happened back when I first started GHK-Cu.

Sure, some of it comes down to my own sloppy technique. Still, that can't explain everything. Skin resiliency must be shifting as well.

I also apply it topically — I blend cosmetic grade ghkcu into Hada Labo hyaluronic acid lotion. The outcome works for me.

Is 8mm your choice in order to reduce stinging? From what I've read, for ghkcu an 8mm needle beats shorter ones

Male, 44 here. For roughly 5 weeks now I've been on 2.8mg of Glow, and the outcome has been really positive for me too. Honestly, my plan is to keep using it only up until I hit my goal weight. The cycle I'm following is "Every day until you get through 2 vials and then a month off".

I realize that once you stop, the usual aging processes come back, but my thinking is that limiting skin damage during weight loss is preferable.

The biggest changes I can actually see: mornings no longer require any time before I look awake, my thighs and under arms feel and appear firmer, a strange dark discolored patch that had started forming on my face is gone, and my beard simply feels softer.

That matches what I found. Supposedly, going deeper with SQ makes it hurt less. Those initial shots were awful for me — it was like taking an airsoft pellet. I added more diluent (100mg/6ml), yet the pain stayed the same.

Eventually I discovered a handful of spots that are pain-free, so that's where I inject now. Once my 8mm supply is gone, I plan to give 6mm needles a shot.

Thanks for the pep talk! You make a good point. What's holding me back is that I'm already doing 7 injections a day. My stomach is a mess, so I've moved to my glutes, underarms, and thighs (IM).

I'm nearly finished with my MOTS-c and AOD-9604 cycles --- once those are out of the way, I'll add GHK-Cu to the rotation!

At 2 months, you're still in the early stages. Benefits may not become apparent until 6 months or longer, and at first they show up in subtle ways.

Age isn't a barrier here. My mother is 80, and she's noticing improvements.

Keep going!

I'm going to keep going, and ideally I'll come back with good results to share. So far, it's the only peptide that hasn't had any effect on me, but I'm still holding out hope!

A while back I shared my wife's experience on this forum. She was 63 and used it consistently for roughly 6-7 months. Then suddenly people around her began praising her complexion and noticing her hair had gotten thicker. About 12 of her friends are now using it too.

My daughter-in-law, who is 36, used it for around 4 and a half months and started wondering whether it was doing anything. Then unexpectedly, coworkers began giving her compliments.

This stuff really does work.

As @cheaperseeker mentioned, patience is essential and you've got to trust the system. Trust the system, just like Nick Saban, who won 7 national championships, always told his players.

By the way, the people I know were using Glow.

I did a 12 week run of KLOW, after which I made the switch to GHK-CU, and the experience has been great. Maybe it's all in my head, but the stretch marks I've had on my thighs since puberty seem less visible now. My hair feels like it's getting some help from it too. As for skin, I can't say I've seen much change yet, though I came across something saying that people who are 50+ tend to get the biggest skin benefits, so perhaps it's just too soon in my case and those nice skin results are still a few decades away 🤣

Does a TA1 10mg kit really run $200? That seems like a lot.
Is that accurate? Among the pricier routes for buying gray, Nexaph is often named, yet a 100mg kit from them runs $170?

That sounds like really solid guidance.. I'm pretty clueless when it comes to peptides overall, but if it helps tighten skin, then pairing it with weight loss makes sense to me. There's just so much I still need to learn!
