After five weeks on 3.3mg GHK-cu, it looks like both my acute golfer's elbow and the ongoing (possibly chronic) shoulder pain I get from side sleeping and lifting have been resolved.

I know placebo is a real thing, and the golfer's elbow improvement could be a coincidence (I've had it for ~6 months), but since that was acute pain, placebo definitely isn't the explanation. The shoulder pain I'd had long-term (just part of life) is now simply... gone.

My stack is only Tirz, GHK, and selank.

If GHK did help, which seems likely, are the Klow/Glow blends even necessary? Is GHK what's actually doing the heavy lifting for healing?

GLOW is essentially GHK-Cu combined with BPC-157 and TB-500 in a single vial, while KLOW adds KPV on top, so everything in them could be run on its own. If GHK by itself has already taken care of the elbow and shoulder, mate, I'd stay with that instead of introducing three more variables. BPC and TB are what people typically rely on for tendon and soft tissue issues, so they're worth keeping in reserve in case you hit a plateau. Doing them separately also means you can dose each properly rather than being locked into the blend's ratio.
