Hi all !

I had a few queries around GHK-Cu, I’ve been using Reta with good results, no problems pinning. I’m considering getting GHK-Cu for hair and skin benefits I had a few queries I’m getting differing answers on and was wondering if there’s a more average consensus

1. What is a recommended starting dose, I’ve heard 1mg a day and then titrate up as needed, naturally with Reta it’s just a one and done every 6-7 days

2. Injection site - glute ?

3. Do the benefits leave you when you come off ghk ? With Reta the benefits are permanent, you don’t balloon back up to the old weight if you control your habits, does ghk cu permanently improve your skin after you stop taking it ?

Number 3 isn’t so accurate there most people do balloon up after getting off Reta.

People run copper periodically in cycles usually to maintain results they don’t just disappear instantly.

Like most peps it's typically a good idea to start low and titrate up to see how you react. Some people get bad ISR from copper that can be improved by liberal BAC dilution or combining injection with KPV.

You'll find dosages range quite a bit. 2mg/day is 'typical' though I've heard of folks running up to 5mg/day. I do 3mg/day. Some also stay on it year round and don't cycle - I'm really not sure cycling is needed with this pep.

I've found some of the results do fade slowly when stopping notably the 'crepe' skin comes back for me.

Hi, it depends to your wished Results. My Wife is using 2MG and i started last Week with 0,5 MG to check the Reactions and Side Effects. I will slowly increase the Dosage to 1,5 MG or also 2MG. There you get the best results for Wound Healing and Skin/Anti Aging Effects.

But i have some Side Effects with the Test GHK-CU Dosage like Joints and Bones Pain in the night. Also i get bad Mood or slightly aggressive on the Days when im Pinning GHK-CU. Did someone has this also or is this an individual Side Effect?

I use Sunday for 5 MG Tirz and from Monday till Friday then GHK-CU.

Is a zinc supplement essential at all ranges also? Any info on the dose for that ?

I have 100mg vials of GHK-CU. I started off at 1mg daily for a week. Then I bumped it up to two for the next 2 vials. This vial I started doing 3mg a day.

I try to pin in the fatest part of the glute so it doesn't hurt so bad. I reconned with 10mL of bac this time, but I think next time I will do more and I am going to go back to my 1/2 inch syringes instead of 8mm needles with my pen. I has been getting welts damn near every day now that last sometimes until the next day.

I only cycle off for a week or two after I finish a vial.I haven't been doing it long enough or been off of it long enough yet to say what happens if you stop taking it.

I take 5mg+ per day..but I'm almost 60. Never knew bunions were real until I got them about a year back. Hard spot on your feet. But they are gone now ....my feet are very soft...I shit you not.

Pin in the glute. .never in the deltoid. This stuff works best on older people.

I don't believe it's permanent....just helps you skin produce collegen

Starting dose?...I dunno, but just about any pep I am just starting, I go low for a first pin, and ramp up on the next one if I didn't die from the first one...1mg is a good dose for GHK with some accounts saying 2mg is max, but I do 3.33mg daily...Keep in mind that like most therapy type peptides, there are few if any clinical studies that can give realistic dosing info....you are pretty much on your own......I mean, whats the worst that can happen?... 👍 😎

From everything I’ve read, it’s a signaling peptide. Taking more than 2mg daily does not improve results. IMO, start with 1mg to determine tolerance then move to 2mg daily. I run 8-4-8 week cycle. If ISRs are a problem, add 10mg KPV to 50 mg of GHK-Cu.

The average start people talk about is 1mg subq a day, then most sit at 1-2mg rather than the higher numbers. Glute is fine, any decent bit of fat will do. Benefits are not a permanent remodel: the extra collagen signalling drops off over a few weeks to a few months once you stop, so skin and hair slowly drift back, though what is already laid down does not vanish overnight.

I would argue that’s the persons fault, I’ve been on Reta and been cycled off for a bit of time, I’ve stayed consistent with diet and gym and maintained but I have noticed the hunger return, I would say it’s people not dealing with their appetite coming back and changing up the fundamentals I.e CICO, weight training etc etc. sure you may gain a few lbs but any noticeable bounce I would attribute to the individual

So what you are saying is that all diets work if you follow them and you will maintain a healthy weight with lifestyle changes. Thats brilliant! …so what do we need GLPs for?

If you don't establish healthy habits, you will inevitably return to your original weight once you stop taking GLPs.

GLPs are a tool that makes this process much easier.

While some ownership is definitely necessary there is a metabolic change from coming off. Your metabolism will burn less calories when you come off. This is why so many gain weight. I’ve dropped 28lbs so far and I’m getting shredded even though I’m still 250lbs. I plan on staying on Reta for good. Too many health benefits.

Sorry you get the bad mood and aggression. I’m surprised this is happening to you. There have been animal studies that shows reduced aggression in rats when given GHKCU. Could be individualized to you, unless someone else weighs in. Do you also get the localized injection site reaction? Maybe you’re pissed of at the pain lol

No my Friend, i have no Pain and reactions after the Injection(LEG) liker others here. This works well to me the bad Mood is not the worst for me is more the focus at the night when i get pain in my joints and Bones. This is not funny and let me stopped with GHK-CU till i have an Explanation.

You shouldn’t be on them if you don’t know the benefits but GLP1s aren’t for losing a bit of weight the same way a diet would work, most people don’t have the mentality to stick to a diet, some people do and still struggle to lose weight, some people have a lot of weight to use, some people aren’t taking it for weight reasons - most people I have seen just take it to speed up the process. It doesn’t mean a diet couldn’t work for a good amount taking it

Very tone deaf, you seem to be missing the fundamentals here.

CICO is flawed. Argue with someone else, you cant change my mind about CICO

This reads like....FAT people are FAT and they don't work hard or eat right, and thats why they are fat.

Not necessary IMO although I would not take any supplements containing copper while on GHK-cu. If you look at the mg of copper in a typical 50mg vial of GHK-cu each injection contains less copper than the RDA.
