Hello everyone,
Reconstituting lyophilized peptides is something I know my way around fairly well — it isn't brain surgery. For a number of weeks now I've been taking GLP-1s along with other peptides as an aid to losing weight. So while I'm a newcomer who lacks knowledge, I'm not really an idiot — insane perhaps… Here are a few things I'm wondering about:
-Do you run your peptides through a filter? Is filtering something I ought to do with every peptide I've reconstituted?
In a handful of videos I've watched, folks had some floaters or slight discoloration.
Anything already opened is being kept cold by me. The vials that haven't been opened live in the freezer. They aren't in a box that blocks light, but they are sealed against air and water.
-For the freezer, should I get a dark or black plastic case so that light stays away from the peptides in storage? The freezer is down in the basement and only gets opened once per week.
-Are there other prep, storage or usage tips you've come across that might not have been common knowledge for beginners?
Thanks for your help!
