Germany is home, and Reta has been in use for about two weeks now. Roughly 3 kilos have come off. 0.5mg a week was the starting dose, and 1mg is where I am now. A bit of nausea is the only side effect so far. Hunger is hardly ever present, which means making sure enough protein goes in.
Being here is a delight, and learning from you all is something I look forward to.
