I keep running into vendors selling Genetek BAC water in ampoule form. Plenty of folks on here have praised how good the product is, so I'm leaning toward picking some up.

What I can't figure out is the reconstitution step. Ampoules are unfamiliar territory for me. My only experience is the 30mL vial style, where you stick a syringe through the rubber stopper and pull out the water.

From what I can tell, the Genetek ampoules are entirely made of a flexible, transparent plastic. So how does the extraction actually work? Would you stab a needle into one, and risk dragging tiny bits of plastic into your draw? Or is the method to snap the top off, which leaves a big open mouth that bacteria could swarm through during reconstitution?

I dug through this forum and the wider web and came up empty. A.I. turns preachy the moment you bring it up, and it likely records that you asked at all.

These are plastic versions of glass ampoules, and they open the same way—snap off the top. Once opened, you can either use the contents right away and discard whatever is left, or move the liquid into empty sterile vials so you can save it for later.

After you've watched it, it's straightforward. Give the top a twist, put the syringe through the opening, pull the liquid up, and it's ready to use.

For me, each ampoule works out to roughly $0.70, while a sterile vial usually runs over $1. Given that, the practical move is simply to discard them, since saving the BAC water for a later week or month ends up costing more. The one scenario where it could be worthwhile is if getting BAC water into the country is truly difficult and you're worried about future shipments—then price matters less and preserving the water becomes the priority.

What sources are folks using to purchase Genetek BAC water ampoules?
It looks like Indiamart carries them. I'm not sure how expensive shipping would end up being.

Last week I picked up 100 ampules, and the whole order was £25. Delivery ought to happen within a day or 2.

What you pay is largely down to who you buy from. There's a big spread in pricing across different sellers. Still, I managed to negotiate a bit. A few were open to it, others weren't.

$34 for 1000mL? Now that's a bargain I can get behind. Shipping included too? Even if half of each ampoule ends up in the bin, you're still coming out ahead.

Beyond the price, there's something appealing about cracking open a fresh ampoule every time, rather than reaching for that 30mL Hospira bottle that's been sitting around for 3 months with a stopper that looks like it's been through a war.

Appreciate it. The video was already on my radar, yet the vial mechanism still puzzled me. In my head, that opening was the size of a drinking straw.

To get into the ampoule, I swab it with alcohol first, then push through using a 3ml luer lock syringe paired with a vent. I draw up the amount required and mix it into my peptide vial. Once everything has dissolved, I draw the solution back into the syringe, detach it from the vial needle, attach a filter, swap to a fresh needle, and inject it into my pen cartridge.

Is there a little opening somewhere on the top of the ampoule? Should that be the spot you stick the needle into? Or do you go through the plastic instead?

I place it sideways on my tray and inject through the plastic, aiming at the top of the curved amp. If I need to reach the bottom of the amp, I can lift it and tilt it.

Thanks for the details—much appreciated! I'll be placing an order for some.

I really appreciate all of these suggestions — thank you so much! I've got some ampules sitting around that I haven't touched yet. My original idea was to recon enough vials so that a whole ampule could be used in one go, but it hit me that I frequently recon BAC peps and NaCL BAC peps during the same session, so needing 10mL of BAC all at once might not happen. Thanks for the fantastic video (it got a smile out of me too!), the tip about storing it in a vial (I have plenty of vials going unused now that I've moved to pens), and the guidance on drawing it up either through the plastic or via the twist-off hole.

For the adrenaline amps I bought, shipping came to roughly 35..... Steroids and modafanil are things I can order, yet an epi pen needs a script.

When I tried to respond to your original post, a 404 error kept appearing for some unknown reason...

Your words were, "A.I. gets judgy when you ask about it, and probably logs the fact that you asked about it."

Give yourself a break: grab LM Studio (easiest for beginners, clean UI), Msty, AnythingLLM, or any other local AI client from the many available.

With even basic hardware, you can discover plenty of uncensored models there to handle all your prompting needs - no limits, no tracking, no censorship.

My own choice is HauhauCS models.

I continue to rely on foundational models from the big corporations, since they are "better", but whenever I require guidance on topics that would set off alignment filters, or when I wish to safeguard an IP, I move over to a local model.

Additionally, for greater privacy while using foundational models from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or any of the larger companies, going through an API typically ensures data isn't employed to train their models (though most providers still log prompts temporarily for abuse monitoring).

That's great. Thanks a lot for the tip. I'm grabbing it right now. It'll come in handy for my wife too.
