Last Thursday, just before my next dose, I came down with a virus, a pretty bad fever, and stomach problems.

The problem is, I'm still barely eating. When would you schedule your next dose of Reta?

When I recover, I think it will still be too soon to take it, and I don't know if I should lower the dose. What do you think?

Under normal GLP guidelines (Mounjaro) which is obviously going to be very similar protocol, Hydration is most important, if you are struggling with Cold, Fever its fine to continue if you can keep hydrated, but if you are vomiting or have diarrhea that lasts over 24hours its recommended to wait until recovered to prevent dehydration, hope this helps and you recover soon!
