Hi everyone,

Happy to join this space. I set up my account roughly 2 weeks back, and this is my first time introducing myself.

My path went Ozempic -> Wegovy (Sema does nothing for me) -> Mounjaro 15mg (currently 10 weeks in)

*No titration at all, just went straight from Wegovy 2.4mg over to Mounjaro 15mg. (Per the doctor's instruction)

The side effects hit me hard, but the payoff made it worthwhile.

I'm here to pick up knowledge, offer help, and swap stories about GLP1 Peps and related things.

  • Dropped 30kg through fasting, exercise and diet with zero Meds across 6 months (2024)
  • Hit a weight-loss stall, which led me to begin GLP1 during the 2nd Quarter of 2025
  • Still need to shed another 18kg of Fat/Weight before reaching goal

Making the move to grey because of the price, MJ15mg runs me US$950/month

What I'm running right now:

-MJ 15mg (will taper down shortly, one unopened pen box left)

-Reta 2mg (tapering Up, only began this week)

-GLOW Stack (5 On, 2 Off | 1 Month Cycle)

-GHKCu (2 On, 5 Off | taken daily once the GLOW Cycle ends)

-BPC157 (5 days per week, maintenance)

What's coming up:

-HCG

-Tesamoralin

-SS31

-NAD+

hello, another Singaporean checking in 👋

Appreciate you laying it all out, and congrats on how far you've come!

Once you go the grey route, you'll see the quality holds up just as well as what clinics hand out. Quite a few people I know kept losing weight steadily after making that change.

One thing I really want to understand: why would a doctor put you on 15mg right away — what was the reasoning behind that? Happy to hear your thoughts if you don't mind getting into it

Several things played into it. My first GLP1 medication was Ozempic at 1mg, straight away, without any titration. I explained to my doctor that because of other financial commitments, I couldn't keep paying for it over the long term, and he agreed to let me begin at 1mg. He did check in on me nearly every day, and the medical staff did too. They were taken aback that I could handle the side effects — my pain tolerance is naturally higher because of my history. After some months, once I was on Wegovy at 2.4mg, it did nothing for me: no weight came off, and none came on either. He put me down as a Semaglutide non-responder.

I told him I felt somewhat let down and that the money had gone to waste, and I added that I couldn't keep up with the medication costs much longer. He asked whether I'd be up for one final attempt over 4 months. I said yes, so I went along with it.

1) My Financial Reasons

2) He knows my pain tolerance for side effects is higher, and I can take MC or Leave whenever I need to since it doesn't interfere with my work.

3)Sema Non-Responder

Those are the 3 reasons behind my doctor's dosing decision.

A few weeks afterward, my Mounjaro arrived, and that's when I came across my first trustworthy Grey.M source, which isn't listed here. In the past I bought from sellers (SG/US/Thai), which is still pricey per vial for my BPC and Glow.S, and SG sellers don't stock Tirz. Buying through a seller is still expensive too, lol, and I'm aware that some of the SG guys/girls here are our local sellers.

Right now I'm giving one of the suppliers on here a try, tracking and everything came through, so hopefully it all goes smoothly. I'd like to have more choices for my sauce. 😆

MJ15mg is working well for me — I'm dropping 1kg each week. My weight has recently stopped falling because I fractured my foot. So my meds (water retention) plus walking less are holding back my progress right now.

Wow, going straight from Sema to Tirz is a huge jump. Sema worked extremely well for me — over 2 years I dropped 110#’s, beginning at a micro dose of .05mg. Then last May I hit a stall, despite averaging 1# lost per week. By the time I got to 3mg Sema, the weight loss had stopped. That said, last summer I had to begin high dose Presinsone because I ended up with PMR. So at this point I'm giving Sema 1.25mg a try and will increase Reta by 2 mg each month, hoping the scale starts moving down again.

Yeah, seems like some folks doubt my 15mg starting dose, but I've got a dated invoice from the consultation and purchase to back it up.

Sema gave me Bruxism (jaw clenching) too — daily jaw cramps, all my molars ended up cracked, and I had to get a custom mouth guard for sleeping or stressful moments. Once I switched to Tirz, those problems vanished. The cracked molars, though, there's no fixing those. Never touching sema again.

Sorry you had to deal with PMR — hope things are better for you now.

Prednisone side effects include Water Retention, Insulin Resistance, and other nasty things when taken at high doses for extended periods; it can also lead to weight stalls and/or weight gain.

Personally, in a few weeks I'll stack Triz 7.5mg with Reta 4mg, then likely by April drop Tirz entirely and go Reta 6mg or 8mg if needed. Should food noise become a problem, I might add Cagri and Tesamoralin. Most of my remaining fat sits on my belly now — legs and arms have very little, according to scan results.

From what I've read and researched, at least 4mg of Reta appears effective? 2mg seems to do the job for those with no prior GLP1 use, where Reta is their first GLP1. I've seen anecdotal reports that people coming off high-dose Tirz find Reta works at 6mg-10mg. Not sure if Sema follows the same pattern, but it might.

My arms and legs don't carry much fat anymore; the bulk of it sits around my midsection. Reaching the same amount of weight loss that surgery would give me is something I suppose I should feel good about. Even so, wonderland is still where I want to end up. Fillings keep needing to be redone because I break them. CPAP has been part of my routine, and ever since I began using it more than 10 years ago, I've been clenching my teeth. Yesterday a rear bottom molar got a crown after the filling in it broke once more. My weight loss seems to have been held up by prednisone side effects, in my view. Now that I've come down from 30mg to 15 mg at last, my hope is that weight loss can finally resume.

Losing weight while still taking Prednisone is pretty tough, honestly. I spent the past 2 weeks on it, and the water you're holding onto doesn't clear out until roughly 5-8 days after the final dose. That means any GLP1 you take during that window will basically just keep your weight steady and stop you from putting more on, water weight aside. Once those 8 days I talked about have passed, Sema/Reta will start doing their thing for fat loss, and that stretch also covers shedding the water.

Hey mate. I was hoping you might have some advice about bringing Hospira in from Peptidetest.com to SG? From what I gather, it has to go through the US first—do you have a specific reshipper that has worked well for you? Thanks in adv!

Hi, sadly I haven't given it a go. As far as I understand, it only works if you can get in touch with the seller directly and they agree to stealth packaging — relabeling the shipment on the courier paperwork as a different item, repacking it, and dispatching it to your comgateway (forwarder) address. You'd then open an account there, pay, and have it forwarded on to SG. The problem is that from what I've seen, the majority of Hospira BAC vendors won't do stealth packaging. If you find one who will, then it's worth a shot. If they won't, my view is it's not worth the risk — though there's no downside to testing it if you're comfortable doing so.

Personally I've just been using Grey BAC and checking it with a pH strip. I tend to sample BAC from a range of grey vendors, suppliers, and even manufacturers. Most Grey BAC lands somewhere between pH 5.8 and 6.5. My own source — which I'm not able to share or name, since that manufacturer isn't affiliated with this or any other forum — produces 5.8pH. For most peptides, BAC in the 5.8–6 range is fine. BAC and WA water aren't the same thing, and some "noob SG peps sellers" along with some pep users don't realise the distinction — just putting that out there.

As of now I still haven't managed to track down the specific grey manufacturer making pH 5.0–5.5, though I'm certain one exists, because I know a reseller whose grey source produces pH 5.0 BAC.

If I remember correctly, Hospira BAC sits at pH 4.8–5.0.

Welcome, Fishcake!

That is quite the stack you have going on, haha. You are basically the endgame boss when it comes to peptides. Up to now, Retarutide is the only one I have used, but down the road I intend to work BPC/ TB into my routine when the timing makes sense. I have also considered giving the Copper peptide a go.

Hey, appreciate it — nah lol, I'm not the final boss. Plenty of others out there pinning far more than me. My routine isn't the same anymore, and yeah, I did throw in additional peps, but you've gotta be careful about which ones work well together, plus the timing of when you pin matters too.

Should you choose to throw in BPC+TB, you may as well also include GHKCu. My suggestion though: skip the GLOW stack. Instead grab the BPC+TB combined in a single vial, and the GHKCu in its own separate vial, pinned separately. Doing it that way, you'll notice faster gains in your Skin. As for the BPC+TB pairing, when you're doing weight training, by day 5 you can feel the change — you're able to push out more reps and even tack on extra sets. Just don't let yourself go overboard simply because you can do more. That's the trap people fall into, believing they're iron man, and that's how they end up hurting themselves.

That's quite interesting—thanks for weighing in, Fishcake. I really value it, and I'll follow your advice to check grey bac on my own with pH strips. I know of a supplier making bac at 5.6++ pH, and I'm happy to pass that along through DMs (I'm not sure whether it's okay to put it in the thread). You can reach me on Discord at @kw141

Appreciate you getting back to me. That BPC/TB detail is genuinely useful. Since I'm in the gym 5 times per week, I assumed those 2 peptides would do me some good. The Copper one might be worth checking out as well. In the end, it'll be a question of cost and what I'm prepared to shell out haha.

Glad to help out. One more thing worth mentioning: keeping BPC157 and TB500 in separate vials is the better route. Sure, you'll go through more syringes, but it beats using a combined vial. That said, if money is tight, a combo vial will do the job. There are explanations on youtube if you want them.

No worries, and thanks — since my supplier usually offers me lower prices plus complimentary items because I order so often, I’ll simply take Acetic Acid Water, combine it with BAC, and rely on chatGPT to work out the pH adjustment calculations.
