Freezer storage: how long does Reta keep?

Does your freezer run an auto-defrost cycle? If it does, shift the reta into the fridge section and you're set for years. A proper deep freeze keeps it good far longer still.

Or the kits could go in some sort of insulated container — a cooler, hydro peak, that kind of thing.

Thanks ahead of time

Who knows. Several peptides are what I have relatively many decades of. Until new data changes my perceptions, degradation around 0*F isn't worrying me.
Down to something like minus 7 F is where my little dedicated 2 cu ft peptide chest freezer gets…Surplus room for the odd ribeye or roast was what I thought it had, but close to full is what it's getting… 😳 👍

Nice, although more room is what I'd need... Spending the money on a -40* freezer has crossed my mind, but thus far, meh.
Up to 7cu ft is what they have in the same models, at minus 7 degrees…My peps live in the kits primarily, tucked in Pelican type cases…100 plus kits fit in it, which is the cut off point I am going to try and make…
A good cut off point is what 100 kits sounds like. Whether you'll stick to this, I'm curious. This new obsession is really getting to me, and it blew through two cut off points already.
Pretty sure I blew it already, what with the orders coming in…Traveling this week is what I'm doing, and 90 is what I think I had before I left…and a dozen have been ordered while on the road…
Lol. That tracks. Dead is when I'll finally quit buying peps, I guess... many peps will be arriving in the months after my death..

Funny thing is, these glp's are said to help people with addiction.. so what's the cure for an addiction to glp's?
Haha. Why I'm here is exactly that. To keep myself distracted from a price list or one more TG group 😉

A good priced GB on R60 is what I'm after... Decidedly not in a bind, since R30 and R140 are things I have a fair bit of, but thin is what my R60 inventory is.
Reta isn't something I shop a lot, but a fair amount of 60s seems to have been around…
Oh sure, retail has plenty available. One open R60 at $195 is what I know of, but cheaper per mg is what R30 costs me, so an interesting price that isn't.

Lately the R60 has got harder to find on GBs. One theory: resellers buying from GBs prefer R30.

Yep, last week is when R50 closed, I think it was. The price isn't something I remember, but dangit I want R60 😂

R20s I have a fair amount of, but 4 R30 kits were got to average up…a bridge too far is what R60s just seem….4 kits of T60 are waiting for me when I get home, but the math on Tirz works out for me more than Reta…

Same as me. Between -3 to -9 is where my garage fridge/freezer runs. 13* was the highest temp recorded by a digital thermometer I put in there. Using the kitchen unit would get me hung by my wife.

Best I've bought: a GB R60 that closed not long ago, $185/$.31mg. ZYH was the maker.

That's sure how it seems. Future GB idea requests are full of R10 and R20 asks.

I agree, especially since a vial from the garage that was 10 years old got tested by him, and still potent it was.

Tirz is what I think that was, but Reta is getting racked and stacked by me nonetheless…

Looking at how all three compounds are structured. Semi Tirz , and Reta , the peptide's structure really isn't all that different. On a twisted Alpha helix it appears a lot more durable than people think.

Incorrect.

What modern self-defrost mechanisms do is heat the freezer compartment only to a temp/duration that eliminates the thinnest imaginable layer of frost on surfaces. Penetrating proper food wrappings and glass is not something that's enough for, so no freezer-burn/degradation.

Thermoses with icepacks are well justified by power-outage fear.

An auto defrost from the 80's is what my freezer is. Unless they're surrounded by larger masses of frozen food, my peptides will warm up. Or a Styrofoam ice chest in the freezer is where they can go.

Maybe so, for a 1980s fridge. And internal monitoring with a wireless thermometer is what you've done, so you know.

The garage fridge/freezer holding my stuff usually runs -4 to -9*, and since I reset it maybe 3 weeks ago the digital thermometer recorded a low of -11* and a high of 13*. In a 88*-95* garage this time of year. Like it says, AZ — you know what that means.

But by ~20 degrees, for how long does it go up? Around the Phx AZ area, night-time winter temps sometimes drop to 28 degrees, though established plants are rarely annoyed for long enough. Except all the ficus trees die every 10-15 years.

Seasonally NYC/Phx is where I am ... Stupid I may be, but dumb I ain't.

No clue — into defrost is when I can hear it go out at the work bench while I'm doing stuff. Not very long, I don't think. Might as well be from here, since most of my life has been here, so better isn't something I know. A few cold nights are what we get. My Royal palms got hit hard last winter when a couple of actual freezes came.
