I've come to see that I remain a big food lover. Food is something I enjoy, yet it no longer rules my thoughts. I can savor the flavor, have a few bites, and then stop. That feels so strange to me. I don't feel like I'm missing out at all. A new Thai restaurant opens? Count me in. That said, I may only manage 1/8th of a typical serving before I'm fully satisfied. Is anyone else going through this too, or do you mostly stick to healthy foods?

That's fantastic! It's great that you've found a good balance. Food is still something I enjoy, but I don't fully trust myself just yet. Portion control remains a challenge for me. Even so, I'm doing much better than I was before Tirz.

For sure — and it's enjoyable to experiment with healthier recipes and tweaks to them.

I'm also adjusting to making much smaller dishes when I cook!

I can really relate to this! Bit by bit, as I let go of trying to control everything, I've noticed that I quit eating before getting too stuffed. That's helping me build trust -- though it's happening slowly.

I definitely still get pleasure from eating, although I'll put something down if it isn't good.

Had Chipotle tonight for the first time in 8 months. Finished the entire burrito, but I chose the smaller one of the two and handed the bigger one to my 50lb daughter😂.

Also drank two Cokes today — living dangerously!

Her mom made our lunch for the field trip. I sampled a brownie and a cookie, but she hadn't baked either one and both were pretty bland, so I left it at that.

What a great time to be alive!

Same here. The best part is that I can still enjoy the foods I love, yet now I'm actually able to stop once I'm full. It also amazes me that I get full from so little these days. My only complaint is that I don't enjoy cooking.

The ability to quit eating once I'm full still strikes me as some kind of party trick. When it comes to cooking, though, jerky is what I always reach for, so I can't offer much help there.

I've had just 6 tirz shots so far, and I still really enjoy food. The difference is that my portions are noticeably better controlled, and it takes far less willpower to keep from giving in.
