Hi everyone, I could use some guidance. My order is going in soon. Sema was what I used before, and it worked best for me, even when the dose was low. After that I moved to Tirz and stayed at the starting dose the whole time (the cost was the reason). These days I have this forum 🙂 But with Tirz, I only just about kept myself in check, and I was still hungry. With Sema, a low dose already did a lot (1mg was as high as I went), so I never went above that.

At the moment I'm on Reta 1mg/week and sadly the effect is pretty limited. Next week I'll move up to 2mg.

So I'm asking myself whether stacking makes sense. Cagri or Mot C come up a lot in what I read. This will be my first order, and ordering several times at once isn't something I want to do because of shipping costs. What would you suggest? Should I simply stay with Reta? Cagri costs a lot. Mot C is something I've only just come across. I'll also be getting back into exercise soon; a shoulder injury has kept me from it. Losing weight is still my goal (after the switch to Tirz, my weight loss stalled or even went up a little). So far I've dropped about 30 kilos and want to lose at least 10 more.

I've also read that GHK CU, for instance, is meant to be helpful for loose skin that shows up while losing weight?

What matters to me is not having a relapse once I stop taking it. That's the reason I haven't raised the dose. Please help! Thank you.

Given that you've already used both Sema and Tirz, why begin with only 1mg? You could kick off at 2mg weekly, or even 4mg, and then check your progress after a couple of weeks.

For loose skin, GHK CU may offer a slight benefit. Alongside that, I use Palmer's Cocoa Butter Firming Butter Body Lotion, and in my view it's helping more with sagging skin than GHK CU does.

I relied on what users had to say. Starting off with too much is always bad, or?

Not sure about that — from what I remember, some Eli Lilly trial groups began at 4mg. What I was getting at is that you're not exactly new to GLP1s 🙂

Sure, 1mg sits at the very bottom of the low range—it isn't even what I use to maintain. From what I've seen, 2mg is a far more typical place to begin, and to get genuine results you'd likely need to increase from there. Worrying about regaining weight after it's gone doesn't matter much if you never lose it to begin with.

I'd stay on reta. You'll figure out what dose works for you. Just give it time. As for skin, GLOW is what I use, though some go with KLOW and find it beneficial.

My take is that adding other GLPs on top of reta undercuts what the GIP and glucagon receptor agonists can do. I suppose it comes down to whether your goal is dropping weight or feeling like you're starving.

Given that you have done this before, a larger starting dose seems worth thinking about.
