First peptide order — Retatrutide after Ozempic stopped working?

Hey all,

This is my first post, and I’ve never ordered peptides before.

MT1 and GHK-Cu are on my list, and I’m also considering Retatrutide — though I keep going back and forth on that one. Ozempic is what I used previously, but it quit doing anything for me, and that was still true after taking 6 months off.

Given that, does Retatrutide have a chance of working for someone in my situation? Has anyone here been through something similar?

The things I care about most: belly fat that won’t budge, very fair skin (sun burns me fast), and hair shedding. I’ve just begun training at the gym too, so adding muscle is another goal.

On top of that — has anyone run a stack like this (MT1 + GHK-Cu + a GLP-1 such as Reta)? Or is there a different route you’d suggest for what I’m after?

Any tips or personal stories would mean a lot. Thanks!

When it comes to the stubborn belly fat you're worried about, here are a few points:

1) Make sure your diet includes plenty of protein, and that you're eating in a calorie deficit.

2) Compared with a dual agonist, Reta burns and mobilises fat more strongly, but when it comes to suppressing appetite it is weaker than the dual agonists, which matters if appetite is what you struggle with while controlling calories.

3) Tesamorelin is the single best option to stack alongside a GLP1 med for targeting and clearing belly fat, though it costs a lot. Beyond that, cheaper choices include Mots-c, AOD9604, or Ipamorelin+CJC1295.

From what I can tell, the majority of those who have used Reta rate it above Semaglutide. When it comes to preserving muscle, Reta may not offer an advantage, yet the fat loss it produces has been greater, with roughly 24% versus about 15% weight reduction.

Reta seems like a solid option. What appeals to me with tesa and similar GH peptides is that typically the guidance suggests fasting around dosing (2–3 hours before and 30–60 minutes after), though it isn't required:

Among everything you brought up, Reta is backed by the most research. On top of that, it seems to work for just about everyone. Wouldn't it make more sense to begin with the compounds that have the most established track record? Whether mots-c or gh actually produce noticeable effects is something people argue about, but with 4mg of reta, hardly anyone fails to feel something.
