Hello, my GLP-1 journey is just beginning — the first order lands tomorrow — though I'm keen to see what other avenues exist. Losing weight and regaining it has happened several times over: as much as 40 shed, as much as 70 put back, and every variation between. A decent garage gym is in place and getting used, plus I'm on trt with a weekly split dose.
