I've placed somewhere around 12-15 peptide orders across different companies, and every single one showed up fine.
Back in March I ordered from one company, and things went sideways: the carrier attempted delivery a few times while I wasn't at home, then stopped trying. It never went to a local pickup location or anything like that, and no one reached out by phone. Instead, it got sent back to the original company through the same carrier. That was the end of March.
Since then I've been pestering the sales person nearly every day for updates on the next step. Every time I get something like "we are checking with a manager" or "we need to wait for the package to return". It was flagged as "being returned to sender" back in March and there's been zero movement since, so I'm at a loss for what else I can reasonably do. The salesperson appears to be holding out until it eventually turns up, but hasn't offered any plan for if it never does. A few times I've heard "I'm just an employee", so there's not much they can do.
I've stayed very patient and polite throughout, but now I don't know what counts as normal. Should they be trying to reship this package to me, or is it normal to wait for it to eventually go back? Is asking for a refund at this stage normal? I did order a second package from them between when the first shipped and when it failed to be delivered, and that one was fine.
Just looking for some suggestions as this is the first time it's happened and I feel like I'm not any closer to getting a resolution here, and I don't feel like the salesperson has any other suggestions other than just waiting more time. Thanks.
