Hello, Lew here, Starting my Journey and hoping the more knowledgeable members of the forum can supply some good info. Atlanta is home. A gym rat I use to be, until driving trucks began 8 years ago and getting to the gym as often became difficult. Weight has definitely gone on, and being close to pre diabetic is what I was told. So dropping some unwanted weight is the focus. My Reta Journey started 3 weeks ago, and more research turned up other compounds that interest me, which is how I went down the rabbit hole and found this forum. Learning, and connecting with other people on this journey, is what I want. Whether experienced or a Novice such as myself. Thanks for reading this far, and Good to meet you.
