Lurking has been my habit for a while now, and the time has finally come to put up an intro.

45 yrs old, and a competitor bodybuilder/model in the past . Food has always been used as a tool, I guess, whether getting ready for a show or in an off season . Cutting diets got more painful and harder to maintain year after year . A few guys I know mentioned GLP's — leaner physique, no need for the very strict diet — so down the rabbit I went .

A few months ago, after lots of research, giving Reta a go was the decision . .5 mg was the start, and over a 6 week period that went up to 1mg, which shut my appetite down hard, so back down to .50 I went . A bit more research later, the routine was split into (2) weekly shots instead of the 1 . That got me to .75mg 2x weekly, and food suppression is minimal now, so eating has to be forced .

Ramping up to (2) 1mg shots weekly was tried, and my appetite reacted the same as before, so the 1.5mg weekly stands. My diet is on point, though not as strict as a prep would be, and staying down around 9% BF has been managed . Macros are still counted, but an actual burger and fries can be enjoyed every so often without worry. Learning more was all I came for . Peptides like BPC157, HGH, IGF-1 ,MII and AAS are areas I have tons of experience in, but the GLP world is new to me . More knowledge and experience gained from you guys and gals is what I look forward to, and I appreciate the welcome.
