EloraTiz data shared at EASD

Reading through all of this research and these numbers… it leaves me feeling both thrilled and on edge.

Take Elora, for instance — just a small number of suppliers have actually gotten it right (really only 1 that I have faith in). Meanwhile, plenty of others have tried and failed, and from what I've heard, even that single one had a batch that didn't work out.

I'm eager to give it a shot, yet at the same time I'm worried it could turn into something extremely hard to find, or that production might stop entirely — and that thought makes me anxious.

There's no rush — give it a few months and check whether you feel more at ease with the idea. Plenty of people aren't rushing into it at this point, particularly because CAGRI already does a great job for a lot of us. Take it easy. Choices exist 😍

The methylene thioacetal bridge responsible for these high failure rates exists to boost stability and stop fibrillation, so my only need is for 1 more solid batch to come through, giving me enough to carry me to my GW, and I'm already in several GBs that look promising.

Give it 12 months and the cost will be cut in half. The same pattern played out for folks when semaglutide, tirzepatide, retatrutide, and cagrilintide were first released.

Article/newsy also covers RETA and the latest findings. Great charts. Lots of science. Mostly good news...

This article is fantastic, and the amount of data in it is honestly a lot to take in.

Just think about how the "Loreta" Combination is going to look

My view is that the "loretta" combination is going to sit in the Gray space for quite some time yet....It definitely won't be arriving from EL any time in the near future...There's no reason for them to touch the upcoming Reta launch....That launch is going to be a massive hit....we're talking multi billions and billions in sales...

Combining Elora with Tirz is the correct strategy...Tirz stays in the picture that way, and Tirz/Elora becomes yet another top tier GLP, sitting right alongside Reta....and as one person very cleverly noted in an earlier thread...every one of those current Eli Lilly Tirz (Mounjaro) patients who have hit the ceiling at 15mg doses gets a fresh route to keep losing and to purchase still more Tirz/Elora....

I really am putting in the effort, honestly!

The trouble is, whoever picked her name went with something that sounds like a fairy out of an enchanted woodland, and now she has this dazzling, "gorgeous" glow about her! 🤭

I'm going to stop buying more tirz or reta for now and simply wait until eloratirz is available. I've already got a stash that's honestly embarrassing, and I figure that combo will be my forever maintenance grail. Wow, I'm getting old!
