19 days ago I have stopped pinning Tirz without any consequences up to now. Lost also 1kg during that time. But I have been fasting everyday during last 6 weeks from 05:00AM to 12:00PM at maintenance dose of 2mg/week Tirz and 3 x 300mcg Ipa+cjc 1295 no dac stack(titrated it 3weeks ago from 1x350mcg to 3x300mcg), which I also have stopped one week ago because of cycle end. I think my metabolism has learned suppressing hunger itself because of daily fasting. I have decided to stop injecting tirz because at a point I didn't have any hunger noise at 5th and 6th days, which I always had before. Then I wanted to try it further and see how many days should it stay like that. Finally it's 19th day now.

I weigh at the moment 72kg after losing 30kg in 41 weeks at 5mg/week Tirz without titrating and ordered a few weeks ago 1kit 5mg Elora in preorder to try and see if it could help eliminating my leftover belly fat which is not more than a 1/2 kg, I suppose. Yesterday I have received it in 5 days (from China to Belgium), thanks to great service of Fat Cat Ella. Yesterday evening constituted a 5mg vial with 1,5 ml Bac water and injected 30 units(1mg). At the moment I am not injecting any other GLP's or other peptides. I am already 5kg under my goal weight and not trying to loose weight anymore. Will also try to gain 4-5kg musscle weight after losing my belly fat.

Felt it within 2 hours. It was a rare start with a 5-6 seconds long fart like a scooter. Then raised heart rate during a few seconds and back to normal. Engine has started, I thought. I had a little hunger feeling before that which was completely gone during following minutes. May be I am very responsive to it. But hunger suppression which I felt during the day was awesome. It was much stronger at 1mg than 5mg Tirz. At the moment I have extra runs with the truck and start working at 03:00AM. Until 04:30PM, I have only eaten 1 croissant with coffee and 20 peanuts. Then I have eaten 1 sandwich with smoked salmon and salade. It is 07:30PM now and I still don't have any hunger. I will be updating once or twice a week here. Looks great for now.

I have taken the picture today. I will also stop with Elora as soon as I have lost last remaining fat. Training my core about an hour daily and also lifting weights every 2 days without pushing the limits. Don't want

to look like a body builder. Don't want more than looking better and feeling healthy at my age of 58. Wish you all success at your journey friends

I lol'd

Good job man!

curious how you respond, you appear to be a hyper responder to the Tirz.

Thanks mate.

My respond to Tirz was indeed very good. But I didn't titrate to a higher dosage even at plateaus. Thought that my body has needed the plateaus to get used to live with that weight and waited until it responded back. My last plateau was at 76kg during 6 weeks. Responded back after beginning to fast daily.

But first response to Elora was much faster and stronger. I have never felt so much hunger suppression with Tirz.

Honestly, could the 'fat' you're talking about just be loose skin? It doesn't look like you have much fat left. Nice weight loss! Will you be taking anything to contribute the muscle gain? I just started working out again because i don't want to loose a lot of muscle. Down 10kg in about 8 weeks now. I would very much like to look like a bodybuilder, not huge but lean and a little bigger. 🤣

Good luck on your journey. Hope elora helps. I am interested too, just waiting till a coa (what ever that is worth) is available.

But be careful, try to eat properly and train. It takes years to look like a bodybuilder - so you wouldn't look like one. But as you know it would be beneficial to gain muscle for physical and metabolic health. You don't want to be skinny-fat.

Best wishes.

Thanks for this detailed post of your experiences with it - I am super curious and am waiting with lots of anticipation for my Elora to arrive!

Also appreciate your experience re: plateaus and no titration. I recently got up to 6.5mg tirz after a stall/slow losses in May and June and did not have your patience! But according to the SURMOUNT study protocol I could be at 15mg right now (I started 2/7/26) but I am trying to titrate up as slowly as possible while still getting over 1lb/wk losses.

That’s also very exciting to see your reaction re: hunger. I have very little food noise on tirz (which is its biggest benefit, maybe even over weight loss, for me: to not have the screaming obsession in my head) but I still get regular hunger. It would be nice to have a little less of that.

Looking forward to hearing about your results!

No, he knows there's some fat under the skin in certain areas still. I'm older but know the same thing. Just A LITTLE MORE flab that refuses to leave belly, chest and lower back. Man, it's a battle!

I have classified stall and plateau as two different concepts even if it is not so. Plateau means staying at same weight for a long time and stall beginning to gain weight back to me. Handling them is also different. If I really had a stall, I should also titrate up slowly. But didn't place any alarm bells for a plateau. Such kind of reasoning and believing in it helps me being patient and going through it. Meanwhile making changes in habits like banning kinds of food which I thought, were making me happy or routines like time of meal and reducing portions were my keys to get out of plateaus.

Desserts, cookies, fresh bakery products, Belgian fries fried in beef fat were my favorites. Just realized that all my favorites were my fat makers and real enemies. You can't imagine the taste of crispy Belgian fries fried in beef fat served with a delicious sauce. But take 4-5 fries apart, in place of eating even the last piece. Place them on a coloured plate or napkin and let cool down. See the fat coming of them being hard. Then try eating one after an hour and don't ever forget that taste and picture. Next time when you want to eat fries remember that taste and see the picture back in your mind. That will be a swittch to avoid it.

Observe which kind of food really suspends hunger feeling for a longer time and which doesn't. In my case carbohydrates were making me eat much more and sugar was making me get hungery faster. I have learned myself hating sugar, avoiding fat and carbohydrates as much as possible. Kill your enemies one by one. Everything has a switch in my mind and learned to put them on or off. I am still in search of a switch to avoid attractive women. I think getting older will be the one if I ever can accept that 🤣 😉

Most important; try solving every problem in place of sitting and staying thinking about them. Don't live with stress. Because best friend of stress is fat. You don't want them at all

Especially a crispy one like delifrance, not? You nasty French...🤣🤣😉

Mee too. But don't eat more than 1 or 2 a week. Changing my routes with the truck to avoid the good bakers. Especially if they are French

I don't have much fat left. But it is fat. Believe me. I am slowly getting rid of it. But it is not so easy at my age.

I eat enough proteins, making exercices daily and using ipa+cjc no dac stack to gain muscle. It really helps. Not that much as HGH or TRT. But that is also not what I want.

My last dexa scan and bloodtest was a month ago. No muscle weight loss and bloodtest result was also perfect with exception of vitamine D

It is not personal! I think, I unconsciously associated Eidos with croissants because they are both French 🤣

@eidos

Just joking mate. I like your style and valuable contribution.

Absolutely not personal, the fact he could not care less is one of my favorite things..

I just have to go for the French guy pissed off about food creations that are not purist as a stereotype

Don't count on it. I'm in my 70s, still hasn't happened.
