I'm on my 3rd or 4th week of elora (I don't keep good records 🤔) and just wanted to report that eloralintide is way better for me than cagrilintide in terms of side effects. With cagri, I had some very strange episodes of mental fatigue and have experienced none of that with elora. Started at 1mg, then 1.5mg, and this week 2mg. My plan is to titrate up to 3mg and see how I do there.

I feel very similar as far as food supression as compared to cagri. But for me, I wouldn't even call it food supression or quieting of food noise. I would call it total satiation all the time. I can definitely see why the rats in the elora rat study didn't eat anything for a week. I've had to remind myself to eat these last few weeks. Think like after Thanksgiving dinner when you've had a large meal and the last thing on your mind is stuffing something else in your mouth. That feeling, without the bloat. 🤣

The best part is that there is no upper GI sides. So, I can eat (if I want) without nausea, vomiting, etc.

Thanks so much for sharing this! Especially happy to hear about the lack of fatigue for you.

I have a kit of Cagri I decided not to take because of the sides so many people get, and so I don't acclimate receptors in preparation for receiving/getting on Elora.

Are you using it alone or stacking?

Hey...Recently joined? No source discussion? Did you anger the Gods?

Stacking with tirzepatide and I'm not good about tracking that either, but somewhere between 18mg and 20mg.

No, not recently joined.

This is exactly why I'm thinking that I would titrate up to at least 3mg right away, having that prior exposure to cagri. If I had known elora would be available this summer, I probably would have held off on the cagri too.

Ditto. I'm waiting for a confirmed, good supplier of Elora though, still a lot of testing going on.

Has there been any good tests? I see many vendors selling now, but have not seen one offer a COA.

EDIT:

I am curious to see what a vendor COA would even look like

I've not seen one, just seen mentions of test groups going on for it.

Here's a test released today from Uther for a batch for a recently closed GB. The Group operator is waiting for their confirming 3P test to ship kits in hand.

Did you add it to beat a stall or for other reasons?

Really just to test. Im 27lbs under goal. Trying to dial in maintenance. Took for 6 weeks and it worked as intended. Would use again if needed. Don't feel i really needed it just wanted to see if it would be a future option. When I did stop 3 weeks ago some hunger did return but easy to manage. Since I stopped I just crank up the Tirz a few mg and all is well. Actually lost 2lbs since i quit. Probably because I was eating more as crazy as that sounds.

It amazes me how I can lose when I think I should have gained.

Yeah I am curious about this Pep for sure and think it might be something useful in maintenance if I ever need to up dose to stay the same.

Thanks

I've only seen Uther and QWB with tests for Elora, i'm the same - interested but can't justify Uther's price at this stage and those with 5mg have no COA's or freight is killer!

Thank you for useful real world practical experience with it. It is hard to guess what side effects might be like with it as rates seem very low at low doses but not low at all at doses higher than 3mg. I also noticed the rats basically stopped eating for a week when it was added to tirz.

Uther prices are probably currently the best prices because they're the only ones that have managed to actually deliver a product without defects.
