It's definitely worth contacting the vendor about this. My understanding is that several vendors will honor Freedom results, given how many GBs rely on Freedom.

That said, even GBs — which buy in bulk and should presumably carry more leverage — can struggle to get any remedy for underweight product, even when the vendor has stated guarantees. If your vendor won't recognize Freedom, then based on what I've heard about the Chinese vendors, your best option might be to negotiate credit toward a future order.
At the very least, you could warn them you'll make the results public, though I imagine that could also blow up in your face. Either way, Chinese vendors are in no hurry to sort out anything involving past orders. So as you already seem to realize, "pack your patience."
Looking on the bright side, you did receive elora — unlike selank sold as elora by ERP.
Because Chinese vendors know they might vanish tomorrow, their customer service tends to suffer, but some are better than others, and by and large they've handled lost and seized orders well through their generous reship policies.
